Swatched It! PAT McGRATH LABS Divine Rose: Jet-Set Kit

Yes!!! I finally got my hands on the Divine Rose Kit from PAT McGRATH! This set includes four products:

  • Mini MatteTrance Lipstick in Divine Rose (0.04 oz)
  • Mini LUST: Gloss in Divine Rose (0.05 oz)
  • Mini Lip Fetish Divinyl Lip Shine in Divine Rose 2 (0.052 oz)
  • Mini Skin Fetish: Divine Blush in Divine Rose (0.1 oz)

All for the price of $52 *cries* that is NOT cheap. Luckily, I found it for $15 at Nordstrom Rack. This is a great way to try more products from Pat. Before this, I just had one of her lipsticks in “Nude Venus (FAV).

I, I wish it looked more pink on me? I love that this is a matte formula without it feeling too drying on my lips. It pulls brighter and peachier than I would like. I paired this lipstick with the divine rose blush, it creates a brightening peachy rose look. Great for a romantic spring or summer vibe!

Crazy how this color looks different next to the window compared to the ring light. This gloss has a bit of stickiness but it doesn’t feel bothersome. It looks more cool toned and I layered it so it’s more opaque on the lips. I love how shiny it is…

I love love love this muted beige pink shade, in terms of formula though I can’t say it’s anything life changing. It has a scent that smells a bit like clay? It doesn’t linger though.

Due to it’s muted nature the shade is flattering on many skin tones. The color is sheer though so it can get lost if you don’t layer up. I adore the pink and gold packaging and love throwing this in my mini makeup bag and taking it everywhere I go

Because of the price I wanted to see if I have any other lip colors that could replace the balm. I thought my two rom&nd glasting balms would be close dupes. They are more shiny and smell fruitier. “Nu beige” is not quite a dupe, but “Veiled Rose” is promising!

I was looking on the rom&nd website and I remembered their collab with Hannah Bahng. They released a glasting lip balm in the shade ” Rose Bahng ” . I’m thinking it could be another dupe. Seems like the single shade is sold out now but you can get it in the full set at Rom&nd

After some more digging I actually think Elf’s hydrating lip balm in the shade “Happy” is a decent dupe. There is more pigment but you can sheer it out! They both have a similar smell too. You can find it at Ulta

I typically prefer a blush that is more beige, on my skin. Divine Rose looks quite pinky and eye catching on me! My brush had a little trouble picking up the blush color. I would have to go back to get more so I can pack on the color.

This is my first try with Pat’s blushes, so not sure if that is the norm or not. It doesn’t bother me though… I prefer to add just a little blush on my face. I think if I put too much on it looks distracting.

Final thoughts. Hmmmm

  • The lip gloss was by far my favorite product! Very Shiny, fills in my lip lines and a juicy cool toned pink. I would definitely repurchase
  • The balm is a great color but I found the formula to be lackluster, I would not purchase a full size.
  • The matte lipstick is just bomb – worth the cost of a full tube because of the formula. The only issue is that I was hoping it would be more muted and cool toned. On me it looks brighter than I prefer! I’m going to try a different shade.
  • I was a bit underwhelmed with the blush. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t a product where I went “WOW!”…

This set is not cheap but after doing the math. You are getting $58 of product for $52. That is technically a better value. This set is also great because I can fit the products into my mini makeup pouch! Another plus – the packaging design is glam and chic, love the golden lips.

So consider what this shade might look on you. Definitely find ways to swatch in person (Ulta and Sephora ). If you are on a budget and you are on the fence about spending the original amount. Skip this babe! Otherwise, I would consider buying it as a gift.

The rip apart packaging and the sequins make it fun to open. Plus, many makeup lovers may have heard of this brand but can’t buy it. So this kit is a great chance to have a loved one try out a new brand with a luxury feel. If this shade doesn’t seem like a good fit- thankfully there are other Pat McGrath makeup kits that are sold. Choosing the right color is the hardest part though!

I would LOVE if more companies release tester packs of their lip shades.

Remember as of 9/9/25 you can still get the set at a great price at Nordstrom Rack!!!

Grab it now if you want it!

Until then

What do you think of this kit? Have you already bought it? Do you regret it? Maybe want more?

Are there other kits I should try?
